The projects were conducted, generally, during non-revenue hours and during weekend operations shut downs piggy-backing onto the track closures of other projects. Piggy-backing took lots of look-ahead-planning and coordination.
PSM Personnel supported the Civil Engineering group within the M&E division performing construction engineering services and served as a liaison to the Maintenance Division. PSM Personnel coordinated: labor, procuring material, construction estimates, scheduling crews/equipment/track allocation, performing design assessments and scheduling/running coordination meetings.
