​​​​​​​PSM Associates as the Prime Consultant provided a Construction Manager for a variety of projects such as Cooling and Heating Asset Management Program (CHAMP), building demolition, lab upgrades among others.

PSM personnel were Resident Engineer, Office Engineer and Construction Inspectors and were responsible for coordinating work between the contractor and BART Operations.

PSM provided the Resident Engineer for this project. This Station Improvement project was to remove and replace parking Lots A and B, install new parking lot lighting, make ADA improvements, among many other items.

HMC Civil Grading


​​​​​​​PSM provided the Resident Engineer for this project. The work consisted of site, civil and structural improvements to the existing BART Hayward Rail Storage Yard and to undeveloped land located north of the BART rail storage rack and east of the BART mainline tracks.
